Okay for very short stays, otherwise not recommended

The staff was pretty polite and nice. Breakfast is okay, nothing special but definitely not bad.

Location is not that good, in the industrial zone next to a coal facility of some kind. Not very clean- I dont think bed sheets were changed once. The cleaning crew has not replaced used glasses one single time. Bathroom was also not thoroughly cleaned. Bed mattress was quite uncomfortable and hard. And some utility (ventilation in the bathroom? Not sure) was periodically making a lot of noise in the night. No thrash can outside of the bathroom.

We would definitely use the hotel again.

The property was in a good location for what we needed and an easy base for travelling about. We had an issue during the night with our room and the hotel staff made sure they moved us instantly with not problems. Very impressed.

There wasnt many local amenities other than a petrol station, they could do with a small supply of snacks etc.

Nice and helpful stuff, tasty breakfast, very clean room.

The hotel is in the industrial zone next to the huge pipes from which smoke pours all the time. No kettle and fridge in the room.

Pro Pokmon TCG Player's Experience

The only thing I really liked was the 3 beautiful Polish girls who worked behind the reception desk... the 2 girls who appeared in their 20s and the older one who appeared in her 30s... too bad I'll probably never get to see them again. They were so sweet and kind, they were very pretty, and they were very helpful as they all spoke English.

The mattress was extremely firm, the TV only has Polish channels, the shower is very small, hanging the sign on the door period deters the cleaning crew... even though the green side signifies "please clean" on it, and the breakfast has no conventional breakfast to which I am accustomed.

Good, shame about the nouse.

Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Lication for expo was good otherwise not much aun local vicinity.

Room was very noisy, could hear room next door , plumbing all night and there was a whistling from the aircon even though it was off.

Bad

There is a scrap yard right next to the hotel. Just behind the parking lot you can see a heap of metal. Smell and noise. We booked a room for 2 adults and a child. We got two single beds in a double room. When asked where the third person should sleep, we found out that we can either pay extra for a camp bed PLN 30 or two people on one bed.

Superb

Good location, very clean and pleasant staff

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is a short taxi ride to the center of the main tourist destination. Whilst being dated in appearance the hotel served its purpose well, breakfast was included and was enjoyable. Represented good value for money
