Everything just great. 20 min by walk from car parking, 15 min to square. Really big room, and bathroom which is rear in Venice. We enjoy a lot. Delicious breakfast, helpful staff! I would recommend this

The room was beautifully decorated and had everything you'd need including a kettle (something which can be hard to find in European accommodation). The views of the canal are amazing. The photos really don't do it justice. There are so many windows and we loved opening them up and hearing the boats on the canal. The location was perfect and easy to walk to the main attractions from. We got the water bus from the train station to Accademia and easily walked from there. It was also easy to get to the bus station to get to the airport when we were leaving. The breakfast was amazing!!! Loved the breakfast room and the attentive service. The breakfast had everything you could think of for breakfast. Everything was of high quality and really contributed to an overall wonderful experience and stay.
