Very good

The manager Mr. Deus and the staff at the reception were very helpful.

There was lots of noise from the bar downstairs up to very late. The staff who came to serve breakfast appeared to had a bad morning, was very unprofessional and lacked courtesy

If you have choice choose other place.

This hotel is very close the bus station. It was a reason why I choose this place. The staff was very helpful.

The rooms was mouldy and stinking. Bathroom didnt have any ventilation, everything was wet. They dont have proper restaurant. They have menu with high prices and they change the prices when they give you recipes. Water in swimming pool was dirty.

Disappointing

Fairly bad.

The inside environment overview is great.

However room environment not well planned. Alot of service lapses -cleaning especially, how bags get planned on the room, missed/delayed order. Food wasnt great at all for both days. Noise from other visitors should be discouraged.

Superb

Overall very nice and a good value.

The breakfast was good, a good variety.

Everything was great except the location was a little remote and you have to take a rough dirt road to get to the hotel

The facilities were clean, the staff were were really friendly and considerate. The value for money for sure was great. The food was great and a lot.

There were mosquitoes which I understand is not their fault.

Super clean with very friendly staff - would like a better breakfast!

Super clean, had good butter chicken. Is very close to Magufuli bus station - and the driver helped us navigate the station.

Was quite difficult to communicate with some staff members (admittedly, I dont speak Swahili). Their breakfast was pretty minimalist. I would like them to cut up some fruit for breakfast. And if they had oatmeal, it would be helpful. The restaurant only had a few of the items

Okay

Nice clean room.

Too much noise from other hotel guests. Very limited food items on the menu were available to order. Shuttle charges TSh10,000 to the bus station which was the whole reason I stayed. I thought it was included in the rate.
