Very good

The whole team is very kind and supportive. I was there several times before, and it's always a little bit like coming home. The breakfast room has a very friendly atmosphere and the variety and quality of the food is very good.

Over all the location of the hotel did not have restaurants or shops near by had to walk 15-20

Breakfast was good room had a kitchen would have been better if it had a microwave in the kitchen

Room was cold and smelled a bit of damp.

Stay is ok but non cooperative

We book 2 rooms and one room is vacant all seven days due to the reason our colleagues not come and we informed after 2 days that please refund but the administration not cooperate and no refund from hotel or Booking.com I also told we also paid for the breakfast and at least refund the breakfast amount but they didnt give any refund

Nice hotel just outside the busy centre of Cologne

It's a nice and clean hotel. The rooms are very spatious, with plenty of seating and windows for natural light. The bathroom is also very nice. Comparing to hotels in the city centre of Cologne, the price / quality is very good. It's nice to be out of the busy city, though the drive through the outskirts of Cologne, to get to the centre can be long with some traffic.

Small things show that the hotel is not of the high-end category: an amenity kit is missing & the breakfast could be a little bigger. Also for someone from The Netherlands, the beds are clearly too small & the pillow was a little too big and not so comfortable (though this is personal preference of course).
