Very nice and helpful staff The village is picturesque and very quiet Perfectly located to explore Liguria and northern parts of Tuscany

Disappointing

Too far from restaurants. Just nice staff and nice room, but compared to other hotels we booked in Italy for lower price

Very Nice room

. We chose the hotel because of Spa and Spa was just for limited No of person and we couldnt attend. Wi-Fi in the room very poor and missing most od the stay. Breakfast poor, dirty dishes.

We spent 3 nights here and had the best time. We enjoyed the SPA and drove in the nearby towns to spend the day. La Spez

The staff is extremely kind and always available to help and give tips about local activities. The facility is absolutely stunning, very clean and in a cozy little village. The SPA is definitely worth trying. Vezzano Ligure is in a great location, very quiet and only 20 mins drive from La Spezia, Lerici and Sarzana. We had a great time!

Picturest and tranquil location.

Historic location in a traditional Tuscan village with great views over the hillside. Comfortable and clean.

Parking wasnt so close and needed allot of stairs to access room. Not a problem for us, but maybe other visitors may have an issue.

Disappointing

Did not reach my expectations

One of the staff members were friendly Scenic outside the hotel Parking was accommodated for as it was up a hill

Weak internet Although it was described to have A/C, the AC wasnt connected and upon asking the receptionist, she said it wasnt working Not all staff members were friendly. Hotel smelt like cigarettes ie needs more ventilation Staff did not show us around and did not explain to us how to use any of the included facilities eg spa Our room was right at the reception entrance and so if anyone was at reception, you can hear the chatter (which was all the time)
