Good

It was very comfortable place to stay at, in Walking distance of most areas that you want to visit.

The location made it easy to go to chandlers for dinner

Being under construction was not very friendly. No lobby

The staff were great, the location was perfect, Chandlers restaurant was awesome!

We knew there was construction going on at the hotel, but thought it would be winding down by the time we got there. Not so. It was pretty much a mess, with sheetrock hallways, no real entrance, construction noise that started early, etc. we had to wait outside for Uber and shuttles, and it was about 23 degrees!

I would never stay there nor would I recommend it, ever.

We liked the restaurant downstairs, Chandlers. It was excellent.

The hotel should be closed during renovations. Its a disaster! Not only that, the beds were awful, the rooms were dirty, and the shower water was ICE COLD. The room was ridiculously small, too. The ceilings were filthy.

We were not told the property was under construction prior to booking or the extent of the construction. Disappointing. Arrived at 4:00pm and the power was out for 90% of my stay. Couldn't even get into my room without having to be escorted by security. Was looking forward to eating at the steakhouse with clients, but sat in the dark.

The location was perfect and the room was clean.

It might be just a factor of the construction going on, but it was not a pleasant stay, especially at this price. There was no lobby, the check in area was in one of the rooms, the hallways, carpets and elevators were quite dirty and it just wasn't a welcoming environment.

Very outdated rooms, old carpet and cramped bathrooms. Surrounded by construction.

Dissatisfaction

We were bummed about all the construction and not knowing until after we booked. A discount should have been given for those of us who didnt know the construction was going to happen. We wont stay here again.
