Excellent and elegant place for some relaxing time

Spacious lobby great restaurant we got three appetizers. Veggie lasagna tempura and Caesar salad. All excellent. Wine is decent. Rooms are small but well arranged.

The floor in our room needed repairs but not a big deal

. i honestly wish we would have gone somewhere else because of the issues we had with the front desk.

everything, the property is absolutely beautiful.

I was totally disappointed by the front desk service. I made a reservation for dinner at their restaurant but when I arrived I was told the kitchen was closed. additionally, I made a booking for the tour and was given the wrong information on where to meet the tour guide. I also paid the full price for the half of the tour bc I was misled by the same front desk person that I would be meeting a new group. overall I was so disappointed in my stay at this winery

Great staff

The staff were friendly and efficient. The setting was perfect and the food was excellent.

For a hotel aspiring to be top of the range, it lacked anyone to help with baggage. Monogrammed towels are all very well but ragged and frayed edges rather break the spell! And whose brilliant idea was it to cut a window into the bathroom mirror exactly where I needed to stand to shave?

Great place!

Food and wine was excellent!!!! And loved the surrondings. Friendly staff. Salt water pool. Very good buffet breakfast. Peaceful area. Worth visiting.

Notice that winetasting and wine tours are on specific days. Not always available.

A lovely, high-end hotel in a very peaceful location.

The room was very large and it was great to have our own balcony!

The pool was not very clean and it closed at 8pm. It was still very sunny and HOT outside and if the pool had been cleaner and open longer, we would have really enjoyed a swim!

Very good

Very nice room (exceptionally quiet), very good service from all the staff and an excellent lunch (not included in our hotel room price). Lovely gardens. Nice area round the swimming pool and the fact that the swimming pool was salt water and not chlorine was nice. We live nearby but stayed as we were attending one of the FIAMPSE classical music events in a room downstairs and that was exceptional.

The breakfast could have been better. The coffee and orange juice were excellent, but the cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing (frankfurter sausages instead of salchichas) and the cheeses on offer were bland. The only other criticism is that the swimming pool was a bit dirty and the tiles (gresite) looked a bit tatty.

Comfortable room, great dinner and good breakfast with perfect service at the restaurant,incredible service of the porter (unfortunately didn't ask his name) - he explained everything about the hotel, winery, etc. He also kindly helped me to choose the best wines in the hotel winery shop. Unbelievable mountain view from my window plus absolutely great surroundings (grapes fields and olive trees) made me happy for few days after my visit. Very comfortable bed with good mattress and cozy pillows.

The electric sockets in the room are pretty far away from the table, so I had some troubles to charge my laptop and work on it at the same time, but never the less, it's not a big issue
