Good value hotel for budget stay

Friendly staff. Good value hotel for a budget stay. Will be good for access once new tramway opens.

Rather basic room and facilities. Could have been cleaner. Towels not changed even if left in designated places.

Bad

If you cannot speak French and arrive to the hotel after 11 pm please consider your decision about staying this hotel. I have a terrible experince and an anxiety attack when i arrived to the hotel at 24:00. There was no light, no body, all doors closed and no clue about what is my room number and how i find the key. When i complaint, the owners hoefully express their sadness and they are going to improve their reception services. I hope they will do it soon and nobody will feel unsafe and anxious at dark like me. It is really difficult to find the entrance of this hotel at dark.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location

The location is quite good. Not too far from the city, motorway or beaches. Plenty of parking spaces. The rooms are decent, although not soundproof.

Breakfast is quite basic. The pool is too small for swimming. Although big enough for kids or lounging.

OK for an overnight stay

The location is next to a motorway with work going on. Nothing nearby, you would have to drive to get to anywhere to walk or eat. We had to use Uber eat as the restaurant was closed

Disappointing

hotel surroundings are quite quiet; beds were comfortable enough, convenient to have a restaurant even if I did not try the food there. nice smell in the room

zero soundproofing. price a bit high compared to newer hotels of the area
