Info that the pavilion suite booked did not exist anymore and was replaced by a two stories new building, still under construction where we were assigned suite no.11 with a pallet like wooden structure functioning as a small terrace, overlooking a mud area where construction was still active! The full rate was applied nevertheless and when leaving two days earlier management advised that no refund whatsoever could be applied because the hotel had to pay a commission to Booking.com!!

Charming hotel with excellent service

A beautiful hotel situated in the countryside about 5 miles from Beaune. The facilities were great (charming rooms, lots of social areas, great pool area, tennis courts), staff incredibly helpful & accommodating, and the food was lovely (the lobster menu at the gastronomic restaurant is excellent).

Superb

Perfect in so many ways and we really should stay longer in the area and not just pass through.

Weve been many times en route south and the location is perfect. The bistro food is superb ( as is the gastronomic) and the wine list is exceptional. The new pool is a real asset too

The new villas overlooking the pool. You used to clean the cars windscreen in the morning but not now it seems.
