Not what we have ever experienced at this location before.

Breakfast was good, the ladies serving breakfast were very nice.

The beds, the way the beds were made, no blanket. When talking with the women who checked us in she was condescending and rude. After trying several times to explain to her it was not just an off feeling or a bad vibe as she continually stated, she said she could put us in a different room. I agreed. However, prior to moving all 6 people in our family I went to check out the room first. This room had the same problems. Going back informing her of this and that we would just stay in the room we were already in, she again started in with she could not fix a bad vibe Im sure she thought she was being clever. However, she only came across as someone who should not be in customer service, let alone in the hotel industry.

Horrible service, horrible hotel.

Area is seedy-woke up to a car with its windows busted out and bullet holes in it that had been fine the night before. Despite my confirmation, they didnt have a room available. Night auditor was clueless. Escorted me to a different room and told me I couldnt leave because they couldnt issue me room keys from the system-WTH? Said manager would follow up, give me keys, and make things right. Manager never followed up with me or gave me keys before checkout, so I went to the desk to express my concerns. Manager kept reiterating that its not their fault they had a system issue-I dont care whose fault it is, you shouldnt be doing that to guests, nor failing to update them as promised. Manager got aggressive and raised his voice at me and rude desk girl started laughing when I turned around to leave-completely unprofessional. Room was spacious but dated and dusty. My toilet still had dried urine on it. Absolutely do NOT stay here-not worth the pain.

Staff was great!

Rooms needed updating. Room darkening curtains did not shut completely. Neither TV worked. Air conditioner buttons one unit were damaged. Cover on one air conditioner was broken. Less than one full roll of toilet paper available in room. No one to help with luggage when we wanted to change rooms. (Young lady from desk came and helped carry one duffle bag.) Exorbitant price for 2 night stay at what I consider substandard accomodations.

It was clean except for the kitchen sink. I dropped something down there went to grab it and up came my hand full of old food and god knows what else was that. Yuck gross. It was underneath the black rubber seal. Other then that very clean, wonderful customer service. They even called me when my mom left her phone there. Nice hot break fast. The cook even made us special bacon because they weren't serving it that morning so she made us a big bowl full just for us. So sweet. Parking great. Overall really great for a really great price for 6 adults with pets!!! Would book again definitely

I like that my family was able to be together in one room normally we have to see if they have connecting or right next to each other. Also it was pretty much last minute so great deal!

Disappointing

Great staff making the other issues doable.

The area great for me. The room felt a bit tired, furniture needs deep cleaning or replaced. This includes the tattered drapes, the soiled carpets through the facility. The bed mattress seriously need replacement.

My king room was given away that I reserved and the only king was a king suite and at first they were going to charge us the additional fee even though we said you gave our room away and they had to call manager who authorized the room for not additional charge. Was just inconvenient at 12am
