The Home2 Suites by Hilton Nashville Vanderbilt offers valet parking and a good selection for hot breakfast. Rooms are spacious but the linens are thin and the bedding for the couch has holes. There (Read More)is a billing issue that needs resolving. The rooms could use a renovation and the location is okay. Breakfast is average. The area feels safe. One staff member, Sandra, was highly praised. The room temperature was a bit too warm and beds were hard. Overall, it is a clean hotel with friendly staff but with some minor drawbacks.

Location

No room service for 4 nights even after I asked. Had to go to front desk to get towels and toilet paper. Had to take out my trash twice. The breakfast was awful. Pre fab food

Great stay with minimal inconveniences

Staff was very friendly

The breakfast had no flow and people bombarding the food. Understandable with how busy it was. And we had a dog next door that barked every 2 minutes drubbing the evening and night

It was nice clean and quiet

I have a seven because of Yolanda and the manager the young ladies had given mme lots of attitude when I was trying to explain I didnt park at night there because I was at work I was refunded Yolanda was amazingly sweet kind and patient

The full bottles of hygienes.

The staff was awkward. They wouldn't speak unless spoken to. The parking fee even when I didn't use their parking garage. The cost. I was expecting a nicer facility. I should've just went to comfort inn.
