Views was beautiful

Because it was new year there was alot of music and loud noise couldn't sleep so couldn't my son 2 nights so we had to leave 1 day early.. so we could go home an get sleep..

Absolutely amazing - money well spent

The views are breathtaking. The jacuzzi was situated with an amazing view also. Its close to the visitor centre, three waterfalls and the Kingshouse hotel to see deer. There is an amazing view from the bar and restaurant also.

Its okay, but possibly consider alternatives ..

On arrival we were given the wrong room. They only realised when I asked where the extra bed was. At meal times they theoretically carer for gluten free and/or vegan. One of our party is both. Ordered burger. Told bun not gluten free. Got burger, no bun. No effort with alternative. Equally at breakfast limited options for this party member. To peacefully accommodate such requirements you, as a venue, should make it as easy as possible for the person to notify you, then accommodate and/or suggest alternatives. It wasnt with you! We wont be back, for that reason alone. Shame because otherwise the stay was good enough. If the venue should see this review I would welcome direct (offline) feedback. This is not a random comment from a spurious visitor, like those at the top of Ben Nevis, moaning about the lack of toilet facilities!

Lovely short break for chilling

Bathroom was lovely - good size bath and lots of room! Weather was a bit rubbish but balcony meant I could still enjoy the lovely view but stay dry! I even had the doors open for some fresh air! Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Very enjoyable stay.

Friendly staff, superb evening meal, beautiful location, lovely breakfast.

Our room was very hot initially. Thankfully we could open the door to the veranda to help cool it down. There was a very noisy fan running constantly somewhere which made sleep difficult.
