Nice hotel, just wish the bar would have had the draft machine working.

Hold on my credit card was done twice. Couldnt be explained by front desk. I booked directly through hotel & when I checked in they said no it was third party.

Very poor

Horrible experience included are the pictures from the first room that was dirty. I had to use the

No power from the start. Storm took it out. But stayed the whole night anyways do to the weather. The fact they give me a dirty room on the 2 nd floor then sent me to level 4 for another room. no elevator at all. No Ac. Nothing. Then asked for maybe a discounted rate and the desk lady was not pleased I asked that. Told me to take it up with corporate. Which I will be doing. Horrible experience included are the pictures from the first room that was dirty. I had to use the My light on my phone to take the pictures.

Disappointing

Location sold the place, but check-in, price for the room and paying for breakfast was poor.

Location.

Paying for breakfast. At similar or better hotels, a breakfast is complimentary. Check-in was tedious and stressful. Holding your hanging items while you wait, and wait and wait. It was the worst check-in process in my recent memory.

LOVE

The staff was so so nice. Our room was so clean and made up nice. The breakfast was good. They gave us coupons for the kids. Even being close to the interstate it wasnt bad with noise! Will definitely go again if were in the area.
