The staff is great. Always smiling and ready to help. Breakfasts and dinners are excellent. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The pool and sauna are at a high level.

Many shortcomings spoil the whole impression

The room was clean, great reusable soap and other Dove bath products. The food in the restaurant was tasty, and the breakfast was great. Access to the swimming pool was convenient. Many activities on the hotel area and inside.

There was a strong unpleasant sewer smell in the bathroom, there were no bathrobes in the room to go into the swimming pool, and we got a room at the end of the building overlooking the tennis pavilions and parking lot - the view was very disappointing, even though the hotel is in a picturesque location. In a restaurant, the voucher system is inconvenient, since there are no clues on the menu, for example, which dish is considered the main dish and which is not. The tables were set differently, sometimes there were tablecloths, sometimes there were none, sometimes there were flowers, sometimes not - it was very confusing. In the restaurant a kelner brought us each others dishes with a 5-minute difference that lasted forever for two hungry people. Also parking is on the street and it is paid. I could understand that people come to the hotel for the day to play tennis or golf, but it is a pity that guests who are booking accommodation they are charged a fee, which is 40 PLN per night.

Let me start by saying i have never been so disappointed with ANY hote ever beforel. My experience actually started great. The place is beautiful, the rooms are great and the facilities are perfect. But none of this matters after our last night at the hotel experience. We were visiting with two small children ages 3 and 5 so rest was essential. Once again, everything was ok until our last night. Loud music started at around 21:00 from an event in the tent located right in front of the hotel rooms. It got louder and louder so we called fhe front desk. They said nothing can be done. The law in poland requires quiet after 22:00 so after 23, when the music was still loud, we had to end our trip with an unpleasant call to the local police, which also did nothing. The music stopped at around 2, but at 4am the alarms went off and all hotel guests were required to leave the rooms due to a fire hazard. We carried the sleeping kids out to the cold and waited there for about 10 minuts. After that we were informed there was no fire and this is just a drill. This is absolutely unacceptable and absurd and i have no idea how a hotel with such standarts can allow all of this. I am shocked and disappointed. Will not recommend and will definitely not return

Nice hotel for a family stay

The food was fantastic! We had HB set up and never regretted! Nice surroundings to have a ride or a walk. Very good pool.

We were put into the room for disabled and the specifics of the bathroom were not comfortable for us. There were some items missing in the room upon arrival, such as bathrobes and slippers. The hotel doesn't provide vanity sets.

The restaurant and F&B team are amazing and professional.

The reception team were not efficient to get me my room upon arrival and had to wait for 2 hours to check in. I had an issue with a lost bag at the airport, the reception team did not help on this except for a lady called Magdelina "I think" who tried all her best. I thank her.
