Very poor

Very unprofessional

Nothing came back from a long haul flight and I was booked for a family but only gave me one bed went back down to reception and he had to change the room so we moved 8 bags again and the room he gave us the heating wasnt working but at that point dragging all the bags up and down the stairs I just had enough so we slept in a freezing cold room

The hotel was nice and the staff on the first day of our stay was lovely.

The hotel facilities were good, however the sheets were not changed which was poor standards indeed. They didnt even wash them and then and place the same sheets in the bed. I consider this very poor in standard

Superb

Comfortable and very convenient for airport

For budget end of range this is a good hotel. Room was good size, clean and comfortable. Bar and Restaurant sterile but food and drink options were good and food ordered was fine. Great location to walk to the airport

A bit over priced for what it is but the location obviously drives the price
