Very good

Enjoyed our stay. Will come back again.

Staff were great. Good parking. Room was clean and tidy. Convenient for Leamington . Enjoyed our stay.

The heating was noisy. I turned it right down but the room got chilly.

Not returning.

Good shower, decent WiFi and plenty of parking.

Dark and dingy entrance, the double bed was made up of 2 single mattresses, not unusual, but one mattress sloped to the middle of the bed by a couple of inches. No menus in the restaurant and when my phone read the QR code for the menu, it came back as a dead page. Limited menu available and the fish and chips at almost 20 were extremely disappointing. The room TV is not set up correctly, the channels were all over the place, BBC1 was on channel 23 but the "Adult" section started at channel 10, which would be interesting if you had children with you. I should have got back in the car as soon as they gave me the key to room 101!
