I had a few rooms and only in platinum there was something in the minibar. On the other rooms nothing.

very good location , approximately 5 min by walk to central historic square ( Rynek glowny), comfortable parking in front of hotel. Our suite was spacious, very clean and well equipped. Continental breakfast were standard, no complaints there.

Access street to hotel is usually jam-packed with traffic ( but it is natural in city centre of bigger city). Fee for parking is not included in the price for hotel.

I'll definitely stay here next time I visit.

The hotel was very conveniently sited close to the main square of the Old Town and easy walking distance to the Jewish Quarter, Oskar Schindler Museum and restaurants etc. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Excellent choice at breakfast, never feeling over crowded despite the size of the hotel. We were very generously upgraded with goodies in the room and a free drink in the bar as it was my husbands birthday.

One morning the water wasn't very hot. I guess this was because it's a big hotel with a lot of guests and we were later getting up that day. We didn't complain as it did not impact on our holiday at all.

Marvellous value for money would definitely stay again

Great location and value for money. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Room clean as a whistle and enormous. Got a breakfast bag when we were out early one morning.

Bar was overwhelmed by guests early evening so not much time to get pre dinner drinks but the cocktails looked good

We had a lovely stay and would return, great location and staff were lovely.

The location is great just a 10 minute walk to the main square, staff are friendly and helpful.

In need of a refurb, some marks on the carpets that look like bleach staines as they have darker carpets and something has been dropped on them in places which has marked the carpets, this was in our corridor and in our suite which was a shame. Mattresses are a little hard but that will be a personal choice as some may like them but there is no give to them at all.

Perfect short break, fab hotel, highly recommended! Love Krakow! We will be back!

Perfect location, lovely big room with bath and shower. Breakfast lovely. Had an amazing massage in the Spa. Beds super comfy, pillows lovely. Robes and slippers in our premium room (which we were upgraded to) my sisters birthday! Plate of fruit and bottle of wine in the room!

Carpet a little tired thats all!! And we had no view? but the room and location of room made up for that!! Right by the lift room A17! Would definitely ask for that room again!
