Poor

Feel like perhaps under different circumstances it would've been ok, but ultimately feel ripped off.

Breakfast had a tray labeled as "egg white veggie omelet", but they actually had ham in them....not cool. :(

I booked a King Suite with a Whirlpool tub in the room via booking.com. Hotel says they don't even have that, and booking.com says it's hotel's fault, hotel says it's booking.com's fault. Meanwhile...I paid for a room with a special bathtub for my wife who has had spinal surgery & cannot get in & out of a regular tub and got a STANDING only shower. This totally defeated the purpose of our stay. We only maintained the reservation because it was past the cutoff for cancelation without still paying.... Also, the fire alarm went off from 11PM-1AM the first night, forcing everyone to get dressed & go outside in the middle of the night for repetitive false alarms....

Great hotel

Location was great. Many different spots to eat at and right next to the highway.

The TV didnt include any streaming services . I would be willing to pay extra for streaming if that was an option.

Location

There was an issue with the shower faucet where water was spraying to the ceiling, resulting in the floors getting soaked with water. Maintenance had to visit at 10pm in the night to address

Overall I truly enjoyed the quietness, relaxation and nice to have breakfast waiting for you in the morning. Definitely

Clean room, quiet, non smokers, great breakfast made fresh daily and good coffee. Loved that the room had a coffee machine and Kcups, water and tea. A small fridge and microwave. Totally cleaned area. A desk with lamp for your working area or to eat. Enjoyed the swimming pool nice and clean area. Excellent, professional and welcoming staff. Enjoyed that when my family came to pick me up or drop me they were welcoming tans kind to my family and also had a nice sitting waiting area. Excellent parking spots and stores and restaurants near hotel.

Im not sure if I needed to call for room service to clean the bathroom and provide clean towels, I thought while I stepped away that the room would be checked. Next time Ill call.

Will not come to this location ever again in Ft Myers. The ONLY Good thing about our stay was the wonderful young lady

No alcohol sales which was inconvenient. Ran out of toilet paper, no housekeeping service, two conditioners and no shampoo and the set up on the wall fell apart while using body wash in shower. Needed to change rooms which was very inconvenient because you would think your company would go out of your way to keep customers happy rather than an inconvenience. Telephone in room could not call housekeeping or front desk at all. Elevator did not work on second floor we reported this situation several times. My husband is handicapped so using stairs was not well for him at all.

Good location, nice rooms, pleasant modern environment, good parking for oversize vehicles

Excellent (if a little sparse) equipment in Fitness Center. Nice breakfast area. Very good parking, plenty of spaces.

Hard floors in room seemed dirty, like they were poorly mopped. Sausage patties in the breakfast were terrible; dry and flavorless, probably had very little actual meat in them.
