Would stay here again

The staff(Mimi) was very friendly and helpful. Our dog was welcomed (for a fee) and the rooms were clean spacious and comfortable. Best of all the magic pancakes on the breakfast offerings

Much left to be desired.

Very clean. Only thing to like.

Where do I start? Its a construction zone, so very noisy. The WiFi didnt work, no available smart TV so most families cant log into anything to entertain children. Extra $50 pet fee not mentioned on booking.com. The breakfast was ok I guess. Just very disappointing for $250. I wish I can get a refund but you already know the answer to that.

Nice for a quick visit

The location had several restaurants within walking distance.

They didnt mention prior to my stay that they were renovating or I might have chosen differently. Also, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. And I asked about my receipt, they told me that Booking.com would email it to me and I have not received it nor have they answered my request for it

Size of the room. Cleanliness.

Woman at front desk at check was not polite or friendly. Hotel under renovation with boxes piled up in breakfast area. Not informed that renovation was in progress and we paid $214 for one night! Breakfast served on Styrofoam plates. Food quality poor and not so healthy.

Loved the staff.

The breakfast was good and the staff were extremely helpful. The location was great for our purpose.

There was trash in our room from the previous occupants which was disconcerting. Several of the chairs in the pool were broken.

Easy to get to, clean, nice refresh, felt comfortable

Liked that is was being updated and had plenty of charging ports, bathroom was nicely done as well.

Well, not a big deal, but there wasnt any flooring down in the hallway when I was there, also, Not many channels on the TV, would have liked to have access to Netflix or a streaming service.

It was where we wanted and how we wanted - clean.

Everything very clean and the beds very comfortable. It was a good place to overnight during our trip from Asheville, NC to Tampa, FL.

The bath tub seems clotted... water was going down the drain very slowly. But it is something that can be easily fixed by the staff. Bathroom was clean, though.
