Disappointing

We used the hotel as a base as we were out all day but needed to ensure you ate before coming back

The location is good , plenty of parking and friendly staff

Cleanliness could do with a look at and overpriced food and small selection

Nice stay upset by one staff member with bad attitude

Our stay was upset somewhat by one member of staff with a really bad attitude, in contrast to all the other staff who were delightful.

Slept in a dirty bed and paid to park there

On the train station

Bedding was dirty and got charged 10 to park only stayed there as was cheaper then a taxi in the end it was the same price as hidden parking charge

Free breakfast was amazing! And location, was right by the train station

We booked a double room, showed up and were given a twin room, was not told on check in that our room was unavailable for maintenance, only once we had gone down to enquire. Ended up having to call booking.com to help us get the room we booked! Jason was great and helped us turn our experience around!
