Holiday Inn Coventry M6, J2 receives positive feedback regarding cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable rooms with amenities such as smart TVs and USB points, and excellent room service. Guests enj (Read More)oyed the vegan breakfast options but found the food selection at lunch and dinner to be random. Some guests had issues with the cost of drinks at the bar and noise from neighboring rooms. The hotel is recommended overall, but a car is necessary for exploring the area.

Another relaxing stay

Efficient and friendly staff, we arrived on Christmas day lunch time and were met with a lovely warm welcome by Evalina. Check-in was quick and simple VERY Comfortable bed, which made it difficult to get out of it every morning .. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice, everything perfectly and freshly cooked. plenty of parking.

The lift to the upper floor was out of order the whole four days of our stay. We appreciate this was over the Christmas break and maintenance probably unavailable. Other people letting their doors slam late at night and early in the morning instead of holding their doors until closed... *** This is not the hotels fault. It has more to do with inconsiderate people.

The location, the room, was fine very clean, well equipped re.tea/coffee Very comfortable bed.

I wasn't told when I checked in that the lift was out of order, and I struggled with the stairs. The room was cold, and I couldn't get the thermostat to work. I was told that I couldn't eat in the restaurant because there wasn't enough staff on.
