My reservation was for a walk in shower due to my son needing it, as he is a stroke victim. My reservation was confirmed. Get to the hotel..no walk in shower room available. No notice that is was not available. No compensation for the incorrect room. Staff very very unfriendly. I will NEVER stay there again
