Very nice stuff, nice hostel. Good location. We recommend it.

In one of the rooms the sink was inside the shower cabin which was quite weird.

Very good

It was very comfortable. It had lots of space and it was very clean. The bathroom was spectacular with a big shower and sink.

The pool was yucky and green so unfortunately we couldnt swim.

Nice hotel, but no window in Double Deluxe room

The location is not too far from the historic town and is fairly quiet. The room had a fresh and pleasant decor, and the whole hotel is clean. The Wifi is reasonable, but not enough for a video call. Family who own the hotel are nice.

I booked a Double Deluxe room. Be aware that these rooms have no real window - there is a small, ground-level pane of glass that looks into the hotel's interior stairwell. It receives no natural light, but gets the noise from the reception area and the family kitchen below. I see from previous reviews that the owner points out that you can see the window in the pictures - but you actually cannot see that it is not a functioning window as the curtain is drawn in the photo. Besides this, it should not be up to guests to play detective games - the issue should be disclosed in the listing. When I complained, I was "upgraded" to a room with a window, but I had to pay extra. My rating of the hotel is lowered accordingly.

Great location, quiet street but walking distance to everything. Staff were very helpful and lent us umbrellas which were very needed! Room and bathroom clean and comfy.

Pool is definitely not as it looks in pictures but was still nice to cool off in.

Rose and her family were very friendly and hospitable, making a delicious breakfast each morning. The room was exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and an excellent shower. It is only a short walk to the Old Town area and the Night Market with many bars and restaurants nearby. Amazing value for money in a fantastic location.

The perfect place for your stay in Hoi An!

Absolutely delighted we spent our time in Hoi An here, such a brilliant stay! We were so well looked after and every request or question we had was dealt with so quickly. Location is brilliant, less than 5 minutes to the night market & Old Town. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we decided to extend our stay by a night which was accommodated with no issues. I couldn't recommend a stay here enough!

No major issues with our stay at all. Expect to hear some noise due to passing traffic and nearby construction.

A lovely family run business - we would definitely recommend!

Rose was a lovely host - smiley, helpful and always around when we needed her. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were very attentive. The location was great as it was a few minutes to the old town but away from the noise of the crowds.

Pool area could be nicer.
