Convenient spot, surface clean, could use a good dust under cabinets. Hist is very accomodating and it is dog friendly

Enjoyed the stay great value.
Good facilities and close to town. Bed was very comfortable and cosy.
Shower over the bath and the towels were hard- I like soft fluffy towels

Very good
Secluded West Hobart apartment.
Seclusion, off street parking, great shower, proximity to central Hobart, quiet neighbourhood, spacious for a one bedroom apartment.
Couldn't get the washing machine to work, even when we googled. Instructions would help. More info re public transport, Hobart attractions would be helpful for non locals.

Nothing didn't even stay one night there not what was advertised photos very misleading.
Dirty, bad all round, nothing like the advertisement, Dirty oven, no courtyard with city views to use, rubbish bins full, messy trip hazard entrance. Bedroom window held up with a rock. Broken bed legs supporting middle of queen bed.

lovely unit, nice and quiet location. house was presentable. bed was super comfortable.
cosy atmosphere
no T towels. or extra towels. washing machine was very loud and on the spins sounded like it was going to explode.went to laundry matt instead.

In essence everything a bit worn and tired, need upgrade doesn't have to cost much to do.
It was a good location as far as the CBD went, price not bad, it was clean although bedding a bit old, I had to check it was clean it was just old and a bit worn. Towels old as well maybe time to upgrade a little.
The guy in flat one up was up and down stairs all day and night till very early hours 3 to 4am. He would come down and back up stay up for 10 to 15mins then down again constantly! Wouldn't have worried but the stairs used to be part of the accommodation we were in when it was a home or something and it sounded like he was coming down to our place!! Shower over bath always tricky these days doesn't happen often now in places, narrow glass screen made for floor getting wet no bath mats. Some cupboards didn't close properly the toilet roll was down to last bits on roll and no replacements to be found, I would have thought this would be noticed by cleaners. Tissue box the same it had three left. Wires coming out of cupboards and wardrobes all over the place, I would have thought an accommodation place would do something about this.

Pet friendly, good space for dog. Was clean.
Due to lack of power point's, several cords were plugged into power boards and concealed in cupboards, felt unsafe.
