in room dinning is good

the hotel lift is limited , especially in rush hour need to queue quite long time. the housekeeping needs improvement.

The room is spacious and located not far from Banquio train station. It is a very modern and clean hotel. The service is pretty good and we didnt encounter any issue. Gym is 24 hours which is very practical and the pool is very stunning. We will for sure come back again.

Pleasant Stay

It was overall a pleasant experience! The beds were comfortable and King size, which is what I'm used to. Very clean and friendly staff. On-site currency exchange at the front desk, which make it super easy. Love the rooftop pool. Love the bathroom as well!

location is near to train station even though it is not the main taipei station.

Took long for the check in process and yet still did not manage to get a room at 2.35pm. After return at 4+pm I still need to wait sometime for the staff to search a room ? shouldn't it already prepared as I have waited long prior to that ? After a long train ride I definitely don't appreciate for the long wait. There is a bath tub in the room but there isn't any bath tub soap. I took for granted that all hotel nowadays provide free wifi so i did not check when booking, to my horror it does charge for wifi if you are not Hilton member. Pls check before booking.

Good place to stay slightly away from the crowded parts.of Taipei

Excellent location, near the MRT and easy to get around.

Paying for the location

Location was great. Theres HSR, MTR and buses to most places. Many eateries nearby.

Lighting was terrible. Its either too bright or too dim. Toilets are kinda mouldy.

Solid option

Good location across the road from Metro, and quite a buzzy area in its own right, with a nearby night market and good bars and Japanese/Korean restaurants in abundance (but 20-30 mins away from most of the main tourist hotspots) Very clean and quiet rooms

Pool was pretty crowded (it is shared with an adjoining hotel) Vegetarian options very limited in lounge and at breakfast. General food quality was borderline/quite basic
