Pleasant

Okay stay, beware of extra costs!

Comfy bed, small balcony towards parking lot, big pull out sofa that was really comfortable. Quiet. 20 minutes drive to get to downtown Sedona.

Beware:Additional $18 charge for self parking per night although theres plenty of parking available! PLUS an additional $35 resort charge per night! I dont know but I think its getting a bit out of hand with those extra charges. We paid already more because we wanted a hotel with pool and hot tub. The pool was warm but not warm enough to go swimming. The hot tub was working but when we checked it out it was full of white foam (like someone emptied a shampoo bottle in it). The room is big but worn/old with dark colors. It was clean but the shower was tripping so we tried to stop the sound with placing a bath towel in the shower. It worked but it was annoying. The hallway is especially old/worn and I highly recommend you choose a room as far away as possible from the ice machine which looked like it was installed when the hotel was built and soooo loud. Poor people who had the room next to it.

Nice stay and beautiful location. The staff was not very friendly, but not rude either.

Nice room, fireplace and breakfast option.

No access to a hot tub, the bar closed too early, communication of amenities was non-existent and the staff (outside of a couple nice wait staff), were not very friendly.

Superb

Location was amazing. Hotel was great.very family friendly.

Our room had an outlet pulled out of the bedroom wall and the half the lights in the bedroom did not work.

Beautiful property, nice amenities

Great facilities. Pool was fun for the kids, and separate lap pool great. The spa/gym facilities were at no extra charge to use - great sauna, steam room. Of course you would pay extra for any services/treatments.

Room was slightly outdated but big and clean. We preferred being a little outside of the kitschy center of Sedona which was an easy 10 min drive.

Nice facility, but overpriced.

The room was okay. Bathroom was updated and clean. Good location.

The room smelled musty. Patio was dirty. The couch could have been cleaner and not really comfortable. For the price we paid for room, we didn't think it was worth it. Very expensive for breakfast, lunch or dinner at the hotel. I did not realize they charged 18.00 plus tax for SELF parking. It was not in the quote online. It is amazing to pay for parking our own car in their parking lot, butI was aware of the resort fee.
