The Hilton Pensacola Beach offers a great experience with plenty of amenities. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the upgrade given by Kacy was a pleasant surprise. The suite was amazing with a (Read More) great view, clean and spacious. The hotel's location is convenient with restaurants, bars, and entertainment options nearby. An additional perk is the Starbucks in the lobby. Overall, a highly recommended stay.

Very disappointed

The facility was beautiful. I always love staying at the Hilton.

Room was not clean. Requested the room to be cleaned I was told rooms are cleaned every three days. However, I did receive fresh towels but my room stay dirty my either stay. I did not like that. Ask to be accommodated but was charged to have my room moved to a clean room.

Our new staycation location

Location/amenities pool inside and outside. Etc very family friendly oriented!

I loved everything about it. My only request is to have dinner ware in the suites.

Wonderful!

The pillows were so comfy and the bed also haha. The room was huge, and clean. The personal were nice and fasty to fix up and issue we had.

Superb

Really nice getaway

I went during the holiday season and OMG!!! This place was beautiful. The lobby is filled with all sorts of beautiful Christmas trees. The restaurant is sleek and beautiful. The swimming pools are beautiful. Also has a hot tub. I chose a room facing the gulf. The view was stunning.

The only issue I had was the bed. It just wasnt up to my comfort level which happens a lot for me with hotels so not their fault.

Not as good as the first time.

The Beach was amazing

Our door stuck and would not shut properly, the toilet would not stop running, there was a ticking coming from the ceiling access in the closet, and the noise from the pool side shower ventilation system was too loud to allow us to keep the balcony door open to hear the ocean. Also, vending on the 4th floor does not work which was $1 per drink but over $4 per drink at the lobby.

Location is very good

The only one good thing is location . We booked and paid for room with ocean view and bath tube. But we got a room for disable person and no view, no bath tube . The staff was unfriendly and refused to replace our room . The breakfast was noticed $ 15 per person while booking . But it was charged at hotel $ 24 per person. Our stay was terrible . Even at beach of hotel it was a charge for umbrella !! How is possible ?? The only one good thing is location and that it.

This is a nice place to stay, but wasn't satified with the room location.

clean and friendly. The lady that checked us in was very kind and helpful. The guys who do the rental for the chairs & umbrellas were very nice and helpful. They suggested places to eat or visit during our stay.

The location of our room. The view wasn't what we expected. We were put in a corner room of the hotel. We had asked for gulf view with balcony, but the boiler facility was right outside our room and view of ocean wasn't very good. We would liked to have had a better view.
