Lifts and outside area

The washrroms are very tiny. The rooms are small as well. It is not like a five star hotel. Chargimg plugs were not working. Please do not stay there.

Superb

I would stay again when having to stay near LAX. Clean, employees were nice and the rooms were very comfortable.

Very nice and clean, perfect place to stay when spending the night at LAX. Elevators are fast and the newest technology, you put in your floor number and youre told what elevator is coming for you, impressive!

Very crowded, had to wait for checkin for awhile

Hotel was close to our day destination

Room was old and outdated, not clean, we has to pay extra for daily parking which strained our trip budget! My siblings were obligated to have to pay for valet because their vehicles were bigger!

Very good

It was close and convenient to the airport.

We ate breakfast at the buffet restaurant, and I didn't think it was worth the money we paid. The eggs were cold, and I didn't think the selection offered a lot. Yet there weren't many options for breakfast except for the "grab and go" type facility which was across the lobby.

The food looked like it was sitting there for a while.

Good location just nearby the airport, shuttle service.

Not many options to eat, no breakfast, staff werent the most friendly. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable, super soft you could be inside the mattress. amenities were ok, mini fridge, coffee machine available in the room.
