I left... didnot stay due to filthy conditions !!! Unable breathe due animal odors, blood and fecal matter on door facing in bath room. Health violations thruout!! Took my bag and left. Manager of no assistance..did not offer to check room. Said Dot com would have to refund payment with his approval only! Whole thing seems illegal. Scam ? Dot com do the right thing and refund this 74 yr old lady for room Unable to stay in!!!

Filthy carpets. Poop and blood on door facing in bathroom. Awful odors halls, room!! I left after seeing Condition! Absolutely not a safe environment! Elevator button. And signage taped to walls. Poorly maintained property. Retired infection control nurse that believes property not safe for anyone!!

Best place ever!!

When we walked into the Hilton, we were greeted with smiles and a positive attitude. The place was very clean. You couldnt ask for a better staff. Very friendly and will carry on in conversations.

Superb

Great stay!

Great customer service, room was clean and quiet. Had to leave early due to emergency and the staff helped with getting us checked out and on our way with no problems.

No real complaint, everyone was nice and helpful. TV guide if I have to write what I didn't like. I have no negatives to write.

Location was excellent proximity to my daughter's school for parents weekend. Short uber ride.

The Cost! LOL $1800 for 2 nights. ROBBERY! But I get it...supply and demands.

This is not a hotel I would select again. Too many issues!

Tiffany was very professional and pleasant.

I received a call while we were at breakfast on Sunday asking me to move out of room 209 because another reservation made specifically requested a roll in shower. I'm also older with disabilities, but complied. We were moved to 509. Breakfast was offered, but did not look appetizing... This hotel needs significant maintenance. The left elevator "often" will not allow the selection of the 2nd floor. The keyless entry system is a hot mess, and needs attention asap. Our cards had to be reprogrammed 6 or 7 times. Ridiculous! The outdoor furniture is dated and worn - need new seat cushions right away. My wife ordered a Po Boy (shrimp) sandwich that she took two bites out of and discarded in the trash. Good location - wrong management team.

Our sink was broken the entire time and I was charged twice. Once on a credit card which they used for incidentals and once on a debit...complete pain to reverse those charges
