Little details here and there but good stay.

Wonderful convenient location, clean and rooms pretty decorated.

To begin with I couldn't get anyone to answer me about early arrival, I emailed 3 times no response. When i called they said I had to go through booking.com and even them said I had to wait for Hilton to respond, 4 pm check in is pretty late if ur there 1 or 2 nights. Another thing worth mentioning is that I was left our of the building completely because key given did not work, only 1 worked and I had to walk all the way around the perimeter of the building while it was raining, I was very upset about that.

Great location. Decently priced.

The room was kind of dark. Not enough lighting. The bathroom does not have enough hooks for hanging clothing or towels. Its a bit noisy. We can hear steps and activity from the floor above us and from outside our room.

Pretty good.

Location to wedding venue, golfing and airport.

Swimming pool down for cleaning and maintenance for a couple of days. Grandkids were disappointed. The vouchers to swim at an offsite location was abysmal at best. Kids got kicked out because it was only for senior swim and the staff was very rude.

Very good

The hotel was a very nice place to stay

All the extra accommodations i/e the pool facilities and gym. They were very nice and clean.

It would have been nice to have know we have to pay an extra $18 a day for parking. I also do not think it is right to be charged for parking when we already paid a lot of money to stay there.

Very affordable and nice hotel.

Very nice hotel, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really good and the pool was clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Superb

Overall....it was much needed and the time spent was a memory for our daughter!

Close to amenities of Monterey, CA. Parks, restaurants, pathways, sites worth visiting....etc.

The pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance. This was not disclosed at the time of booking.

Disappointing

Had to change rooms because room smelled like cigarettes. New room had toilet break twice. Pool was closed for renovations and was not aware this would be the case when booked. Parking seemed expensive given the distance to downtown.
