It suck

Location is the only thing good about this property.

Its old and amenities are subpar, specially the air conditioning was old and noisy we couldnt sleep on our first night so we turned off throughout the rest of our stay. Its not free parking so we paid extra amount of money for that per night. Its inconvenient because we have to deal with valet service each time to access our car.

Superb

Overall great place to stay and a great value

The room was clean and nicely appointed. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great walking distance to Hollywood Blvd!

No towel rack in the bathroom to hang wet towels. No bar or restaurant in the evening for guests to enjoy.

Before Thanksgiving trip

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable in the bathroom as well. It was a great location to go to the Hollywood bowl, it was in walking distance.

The staff during check-in was unkind towards my and my disabled party. We couldn't check in early, we had to wait for over an hour. Other people didn't have to wait to check in early because after we were told that we had to wait other people got checked in right away. I also didn't like the fact that the person that checked his hand didn't tell us that there was a pool and a Jacuzzi and a fitness center as well. Didn't tell us where it was located when we checked in.

The room next to us were having a party & was very loud. Also parking is not free.

Great location!

Location, snack availability.

The mandatory valet seems ridiculous - the guy literally parked our car 20 feet away. Looks very dark and dated in the lobby. Just a comment - made no difference to our stay.
