The Hilton Colombo Residence offers clean, well-kept rooms with friendly staff and good facilities. The hotel provides excellent service, particularly from housekeeping staff like 'Vihanga', although the in-room dining could be improved. Overall, it is a good place to stay with easy access to activities in Colombo.

Superb

The staff were exceptional, friendly and professional. Room service staff on the 28th floor where we stayed so lovely and polite. Always helpful.

Disappointing

Great view from the suite, accessible location, good breakfast

Dishonest staff charged 50usd as a deposit which were never returned. Upon checkout I was told it would be returned within 14 working days, after spending my time on multiple emails and hearing multiple excuses I do believe my deposit won't be returned as there's no way it should take 3 months. Rest of the staff was friendly and helpful throughout entire stay.

Wonderful stay at the Hilton Colombo Residences.

Had a huge 3 bedroom apartment, clean and comfortable. As requested they had decorated master bedroom with balloons and flower petals for my parents anniversary.

Pleasant stay.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The buffet dinner was excellent. You have variety of choice even youre a picky eater.

The hotel rooms are outdated. We stayed there 25 years ago and still the same until this day. It needs a good refurbishment and upgrading.
