Its alright.

Room was cozy. Good they have a microwave oven so we could heat up our food.

The water flow from the water heater was almost nonexistent, slow and it took us so long just to bathe.

OK place to sleep in.

Very clean and recently reformed space, comfortable bed and new bathroom, coffee, tea and biscuits on the table. The location is good too. It hace nice views.

The room felt very cold as we entered. Even though everything was ok, we expected the place to be cosier, it felt a little bit lacking coziness and uniqueness.

Unit 2- Clean but very poorly maintained, long-term water damage on bathroom floor, shower leaked because door didnt close properly, missing soap dish, dead lightbulbs etc.

Pleaseant stay.

Although we arrived a little early, the host JJ, contacted the cleaners so we didn't have to wait too long. The room was comfortable and spacious. We liked the pot porridge for breakfast. The location is quiet and on the edge of the countryside.

The location is up several steep hills so a car is essential to get to Fort William centre. We didn't put the Clean Room note outside the door so the cleaners didn't replenish the tea, coffee, milk, porridge etc. Had to call JJ who quickly brought it to us. The instructions should be clearer to avoid this for other guests.

Great place to stay overall! Just consider your transportation beforehand

The rooms were a great value overall-- clean, cozy, and with a great variety of convenient amenities (mini-fridge, microwave, dishware/cutlery, drying room, towel warmer, etc.) that we especially appreciated as backpackers. Great night of sleep on a comfortable bed. Amazing views of Ben Nevis.

My partner/friends and I walked the West Highland Way to get to Fort William so foot travel was our main means of transportation. Had we realized the walk to the guest house was another mile or more from the town center and up a steep hill, we may have booked somewhere closer to town. Unfortunately, as Americans, we did not consider the city's bus system until afterward :/ The locks on the doors also seemed to be of poor quality as they required a good deal of "jiggling" to unlock all of the doors. It was so bad that we weren't sure if we had the right keys on first try. Also the bathroom in our friends' room clearly had some water damage such that the floor was flimsy and unstable in a couple of places. Not dealbreaking issues for us, but ones that deserve some attention for the value of the booking and the property as a whole.
