Spa not open for evening relaxation.

Clean room, soft bed. Nice breakfast buffet. Arranged moped collection from hotel for us and kept luggage while we explored island.

Spa wasn't open in evening after 7pm so when we arrived our hope of relaxing in evening in spa after a long journey was not possible furthermore there was a big disco going on till 11pm on a Wednesday so not relaxing in room either till it quietened down. No kettle for a cup of tea.

Superb

Over all, this second visit to the Hermitage was a wonderful stay.

The pools are exceptional, especially the heated mineral pool. The landscaping is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The decor of the room was very pleasing but the functionality needs tweaking. We greatly enjoyed the view from the terrace. The staff at the Reception Desk welcomed us with traditional Italian hospitality, especially Mario, a charming gentleman who said he was sad to see us go. He also ended our stay on a high note by booking a tuk-tuk to take us back to the hydrofoil which was so much fun.

The lighting in our newly renovated room resembled two small spaceships with windows that allowed blinding white light to escape. It is impossible to turn off the "spotlight portion" of these blinding white lights because that caused all the lights in the room to turn off. We were reduced to covering these spaceships with the Do Not Disturb sign and it still leaked through! The air conditioning was also impossible to adjust and we resorted to turning it off for our entire stay.

Very clean, nice place to stay no matter your age, it fits perfect to everyone. We had a lot of options to eat at breakfast. The spa was very clean, nice sauna.
