Only the Jeep ride to the desert

The hotel completely oversells themselves. In peak season, they were barely at 20% occupancy. Many of the 9 star reviews also seem fake as nothing matched the description and I had booked this place only on reviews. I am surprised at lack of negative reviews and that raises a red flag for me on booking com Some of the many things that bothered us: The room and bathroom weren't very clean (stained bedsheet & pillow cover, wet toilet seat, dusty glasses, hair....). Some reviews mention AC and heaters, but the room didn't have any (we were in the deluxe room). We checked with the owner beforehand and he said the rooms don't have AC but they do have heaters and the rooms are very insulated, "water proof". Neither is true, which would not be an issue if they didn't lie about it. Jeep Safari and camel were literally lumped on us and quite expensive and once again the result doesn't match what they sell. "Cultural dance" was included in the package - it was one woman dancing to extremely loud singing/tabla - not a very pleasant or cultural experience. It was more of noise at very high decide levels. Hi tea, dinner and breakfast was below average, just ok enough to eat. Overall, the place is below average and their sales practices feel very shady and the experience is not positive. This place is completely avoidable if you are looking for a holiday. Again I wonder how they have managed reviews that are so different from reality.

The service of the Camp was Awesome.There are so many cultural activities doing at night time thats also cool. Owner is very co-operative and Jeep & Camel safari also awesome. All over experience was better.

Great experience in the desert! Perfect Beautiful view glamping Only a few tents, very welcoming and attentive employees. You can enjoy dance and music around the fire, eating local snacks in a small committee. They brought us to a tower, chai and blankets, to watch the stars by night, that was perfect. Quality of the rooms and bathroom is also amazing, super modern Thank you Mr Unad Khan

Breakfast was very basic.Not worth the money

There was no glass in the room.Water was provided in a jug.No mineral water.Seem to be cutting corners in smallest of things.Water in the bathroom is muddy looking.we did not shower during our stay.Even internet is not free as mentioned in booking.com Was charged for everything.Dont get fooled with the room rates.I paid Rs 2200/person for camel ride jeep safari and quad bike.Address is difficult to find.Owner wants to make quick money without providing any standard.will not recommend to anyone.Booking.com should remove this property as it does not meet the description or the standard.

We did not stay at the property. We were never taken to the place which we've booked.

This property is a scam. Not recommended at all. When we arrived in Jaisalmer, we were taken in a small hotel which was not what we've booked. We were told that we will be taken to the camp in the afternoon. The small hotel was sketchy and we decided not to stay there as we did not feel safe. Not recommended at all.
