Exceptional

Excellent hotel and people managing it. Excellent views. Rent and keep a car/bike.

Excellent 4-star hotel with all the basics well taken care of. The hotel management staff were wonderful, warm, and helpful. The people make all the difference in how you feel and they were absolutely great. I highly appreciated it (especially after a recent bad experience at a similar hotel). Excellent location for a great view of the caldera. A bit distant to all the main market areas in Fira, Oia, etc. Highly recommend renting and keeping a car or bike for the duration of your stay - the price is worth it.

A very small, almost insignificant point - at night you can't see the great caldera view - because of the big bright lights in the jacuzzi right under our balcony. We were there during full moon and would have really loved to enjoy the caldera view with the night sky with stars.

A bit short of perfect

Breakfast was great, and staff very kind / helpful. All our suitcases were brought down to our unit for us, and assistance was available 24/7 such as questions or special requests! Their bar upstairs has amazing views, and our suite opened up directly onto the main street from Fira to Oia!

Our unit was as pictured, but in reality the lighting was quite dark. Every unit layout is unique, but we felt that the rooms for couples had better views over the water as pictured, our family unit's views were partially blocked due to it being placed in front of the road which was unfortunate as we chose this hotel for this purpose.

Very good

A few days in paradise. Along with everyone else.

The view. Staff were very friendly. Location was just out of the big hustle and bustle so a bit quieter than many places closer to Fira.

Only being able to get out of one side of the bed. Breakfast could have been better with more variety, better coffee and the hot food not being left for so long on the hot plates.

Disappointing

Disappointing.

The view of the caldera and sunset was good.

The climbing up and down of the stairs. Breakfast was disappointing too. There's no kettle in the room and the view from our room was blocked by a wall of part of the building.

Exceptional

Incredible views, incredible room and incredible STAFF!

The staff was courteous and very helpful. They went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and some of them seem to be there 24/7! The room was very comfortable with excellent views of the caldera. We enjoyed the balcony and watching the sunset. There were a lot of steps to and from the room but it was expected. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Liked it all! No complaints.

Very good

The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the views from the room were spectacular and the decor was beautiful.

Initially, we were given a narrow fold up bed for the second traveller instead of a proper pull-out or single bed, which was uncomfortable. We had 101 steps to get to our room, which was not a problem for us, but this would likely be an issue for elderly or disabled people.

Pleasant

The breakfast was decent, not too many options. The location of the hotel was good as it was in the middle of the island so if you wanted to go up north to Oia, the drive was short and if you wanted to go down south to the beach areas, it was only a 30 min drive. The view from the hotel was very pretty. Lots of restaurants in the area. You can walk to Fira, it's a slightly downhill 20ish minute walk.

There are many stairs to climb. The pool is very small, the rooms are small.
