Beautiful building, very pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful, varied breakfast buffet, plus "eggs your way" each morning. This is a historical building, so be aware that there is no elevator. There are only three stories, so this shouldn't be a problem for most guests.

Be aware that you'll need to walk out of the tourist area in order to get a Grab ride since the streets are narrow and crowded.

During our stay, we experienced excellent service, ambience, hospitality and food quality.

The room is large. The location was excellent and conveniently situated near Jonker street and the attractions. We were surprised by the variety of breakfast options. Security parking was also provided by them.

For breakfast, there should be a wider selection of beverages, such as Milo, cappuccino.

Charming Heritage Hotel in the Heart of Melaka.

Everything. We were in a junior suite, on the 2nd floor. The room was spacious, clean and functional. Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. They were always ready to help with any questions or requests guests might have. Breakfast choice was very good, and we chose mainly local food offering, rather than the Western style breakfasts, so we can only comment on that part of the breakfast. Everyday, other than the nasi leak main staple, they have something different for us, ie Java apple one day, Kueih (local dessert) one day, and biscuit on our last day of stay. We were very lucky that we bumped into Daniel, who happened to be at the hotel that morning, and drove us to the bus station, using the scenic route along the way.

Not enough outlets for charging our multiple devices. We need to unplug something, to plug in our adapters. It worked, just not convenient. I wonder if it was due to the age of the building, that they were limited in the number of wires they can run through the room? In any case, not a deal breaker.

Very good

Really nice place. Rooms were quite comfy, cosy and spacious. Friendly staff. The best part is that this place is just 5 minutes away from Jonker street.

Just a suggestion. Maybe a breakfast buffet can be offered and served regardless of the occupancy rate. This is because we are choosing the entire package with breakfast included.
