    We traveled a long way but we unable to see family due to refusal to change dates
    View and the warmth as very cold outside
    Could have been cleaner. Very unsympathetic owners. We do a round trip of 500 miles to visit my daughter and family but they came down with Covid so unwise to see them. Asked owners to change date and although we were flexible with dates, they refused. The property was not booked for the rest of December, January or February. Bear in mind, we were not asking for a refund, they could have been more understanding.
