Very good

Nice location, clean and spacious

Helpful reception staff upon arrival, room very clean and well maintained. Great location.

Some of the restaurant staff were not helpful, lack of glasses and cutlery on a number of occasions during my weekend stay. No help with trying to sit our group together.

The resort is easy to navigate, the staff are a credit to HD Beach Resort, absolutely fantastic crew, food, drink and atmosphere.

My room was brilliant and want the same room next year.

Beside the location of marathon as we were completing

I had to pay for all my drinks. As the hotel only had very small bottle of cider. I dont drink anything else.

EXCELLENT - WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNNG IN THE AUTUMN TIME

STAFF WERE SUPER FRIENDLY WITH LOVELY FOOD AND COMFY BEDS IN A SPACIOUS ROOM WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW.

ONLY MINOR CRITICSM - AS SUN UMBRELLAS DID NOT MOVE THERE WERE ONLY A FEW SHADED AREAS

A pleasant but distinctly average stay

The facilities are pretty good and its kept very clean. Daily room service.

The late evening check in was not very warm or welcoming. They werent unpleasant, just short and factual. No smiles, just matter of fact. This was in stark contrast to others we subsequently came across who were so lovely and friendly. Not a good first impression. Having been told to tell them it was our silver wedding anniversary, we may get some recognition of the occasion, make it special, there was nothing which was disappointing.

We upgraded and got a sea view

We were told we would get premium drinks with our upgrade, which didn't happened. Went to reception a few times bout this but they weren't very helpful. They decided to print a list off of premium drinks on our last night. This should of been done on our upgrade.

Food was nice and staff were friendly the location was fantastic..

The room had clothes in the wardrobe belonging to a previous guest and the glass in the bathroom was full of toothpaste residue. The decor was very outdated foe a 4 star hotel.and foe the price I didn't think it was value for money.
