A beautiful hotel where you can relax in style.

We were treated like royalty from the moment of arrival until we departed. True Japanese hospitality awaited us here and the beds were the most comfortable of any we experienced in Japan. Its close to shopping and the station.

The hotel is a wedding venue on weekends and this meant long waits for a lift while wedding guests accessed the reception venue.

Comfortable and Memorable

The room was lovely and the decor all flowed well throughout the suite. The bathroom was breath taking in addition to the massive balcony. The views from the room were beyond amazing! The staff was incredibly accommodating and did a wonderful job accommodating us for the special occasion!

The absolutely only thing that could be done is replacing or repairing the quality of the carpet as it was torn in a lot of places, there was visible wear and tear on the furniture such as chipping/discoloration, and the walls were scuffed in several locations.

Exceptionally Wonderful. Will be back for sure.

everything was amazing from A-Z. We took the Ever White room and couldn't be more pleased! Balcony view was so breathtaking, needless to stay the bathroom jacuzzi looking out to the buildings in Osaka city centre. Their bath ameneties was tip top too! 1st class service was provided throughout even before you step into the hotel.
