Disappointing

As it was raining Saturday morning, we had to walk in the rain from our room to breakfast lounge.

Breakfast was good. Could have been a little better. The room was neat and spacious. Full DSTV bouquet. Easily accessible from the carpark. Because the room is in the basement.

We were allocated a room in the basement without any prior notice. No view of either the mountain or sea. The mattress was stone hard like sleeping on a rock. The bathroom was meant for disabled people.

Most enjoyable although very brief

Comfortable room. The receptionist changed our room for us as the original did not have an outside window and my husband is claustrophobic

Very poor

When we moved to Room 22 , was great.

When we changed rooms, the room was awesome, comfortable and well furnished and modern. Breakfast was great, good choice and food was good.

I would not recommend the Adventure Pads Room no. 1. Your "window" looks out onto the Breakfast room and you can hear every sound and people talking. For a "Deluxe Room" as advertised I didnt expect to be in a dungeon. Beautifully decorated but no, we had to move. During Load shedding - there is no generator? Where is poor for a 4 star hotel? TV doesnt work if you dont have your own DSTV login or Netflix acc? Very odd. Never seen that before in a hotel....

Disappointing

Curtains were see through Constant drip of water in balcony kept me awake No inverter for loadshedding No curtain in bathroom window so bright light shines in the room Werent told we would have disabled roomno solid door on the toilet!

Noises around at night and very early morngs esp from kitchen unable to have a good night sleep . Noises disturbs sleep, was uable to sleep late

Beautiful Location. Lovely pool. Friendly Staff. Load shedding is common problem of the area :(

They upgraded to better room. Room was big and clean. Facilities included a small kitchenet. Vert friendly staff.

Superb

We made a good choice

Great location. Within walking distance to good restaurants. Right in the middle of town near old harbour. Great breakfast. Very comfortable bed with a shower, hot and efficient.
