I will recommend this hotel just ask for the renovated area to stay.

We loved the welcome and the staff- the beautiful scenery - especially in the renovated area. The room was very spacious and big private patio.

The non renovated part - no air conditioning in the room.

The location is definitely a plus by the water with great views of the ocean from the pool.

Beautiful landscape views from the coast of Hana.

Unfriendly and unprepared staff. Almost everyone we had interactions with seemed to treat us as if they were doing us a favour instead of providing us a service (a very expensive one indeed). Moreover, we were on our honeymoon and wanted to have room service but we were told it wasn't possible due to the lack of staff. The rooms clearly need refurbishments and the current service quality isn't at Hyatt standards. Although the price certainly is.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hana -Maui resort and we cant wait to visit again someday!

The remote location; away from the hustle and bustle of more populated areas. Its very peaceful and laid back in Hana and on the resort. The resort is beautiful - wonderful views all over the property. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

This is not a big thing but we felt like the bungalows need updated, especially the bathrooms.

Really beautiful!

The location of Hana Maui is amazing! The people were warm and the service was excellent.

Its hard to find fault in such a beautiful spot, but the waterfront bungalow was not up to the cleanliness standards we would have expected. Im sure this is from the natural elements of being right on the water, but it was inexcusable given the cost per night.
