The manager, Tim, helped the reviewer retrieve a forgotten sports coat, showing great customer service. Review 3: The front desk host, Jamal, was extremely helpful, allowing the reviewer's team to use the conference space and providing assistance with a car lockout. The reviewer was impressed with the amenities and Jamal's hospitality. Review 4: The room was spacious and clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast amazing. Ill be back for sure!

From the moment we arrived we were treated wonderfully. The desk person was fantastic and realized how tired we were and gave us a room close to the elevator and a goody bag. The room was perfect and very comfortable. The facility was well kept.

Passable

Excellent Staff and great Full Breakfast.

The bathroom is in need of repair and upgrade. (The shower rod was broken and cracking away from the wall. The tub was dangerously slippery. The sink has a crack). AC floor unit falling apart. The entire room 222 needs a complete upgrade for the price. We hope Hilton completes these upgrades so that we don't have to seek other accommodations elsewhere. We like this location. Thank you. Very good

We stayed one night, had a swim in the pool, the room was spacious and very clean, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great with fruits and plenty choices. Very good value for money. We have been touring the US for several months and have stayed in the Hampton Inns at various cities. Very happy with all of them.

Acceptable place to stay. Staff was nice and very respectful.

There was no safe box to store my personal belongings while attending an event off site...that was probably the only thing I didn't like.There's really no complaints about my stay...pleasant

Disappointing

Crazy, scary night!

After driving over 1100 miles, I needed a good night's sleep. The original room's air conditioner unit was very loud and wasn't mounted to the wall properly. The front desk changed my room to the ground floor. Unfortunately, the latch for the door didn't lock in properly, but I was too tired. I secured the door handle and lock with towels and used my belt to secure the hinge bracket on the door (thank you YouTube videos!) Around 11:30-12:00, I heard someone trying to open my room door! Again, being overtired, I quickly checked my makeshift security and went back to sleep. No more than 30 minutes later, someone was banging on my door! I went to the door and the person in the lobby (assuming it was the overnight manager/staff person) asked who I was. After telling them through the door, I went back to bed. Woke up and immediately went to the front desk. Staying calm, I asked what last night was about, explaining my long travel and my exhaustion. The manager confirmed that they never changed my room in the computer and gave the room to another customer, thinking it was empty. He apologized and reimbursed 50% of my room rate but I doubt I will be staying at that hotel again. Very bad experience.

Disappointing

I no longer trust the Hampton Inn product as an automatically clean and comfortable option.

The staff was friendly and responsive. The location was convenient.

The room was not vacuumed when we entered. The staff quickly came and vacuumed. However, we thought, what else was not cleaned? The bathroom had hair stuck to the ceiling. I had to clean it off because it was disgusting. The room was dark with not enough natural light. Required all lamps to illuminate the room adequately. The hot breakfast was not replenished once eaten. We were in the lobby in the 6am hour and left for McDonalds because there was no hot food left.
