Good

It was a good stay.

The breakfast was great. Each day had different varieties. The staff there was nice.

I think there should be extra plastic bags in the room to put in the trash cans our selves.

Doing construction, wouldnt stay here while theyre doing that.

The staff was exceptional and accommodating and helpful!

Unfortunately they were doing construction and the hotel frankly shouldve just closed or offered a discounted rate. Also, if you like to sleep early, this isnt the hotel for you as it faces a main street and it was very noisy at night BUT the location is right in downtown so fair trade off. The room was clearly hastily put back together and smelled like new paint, the door didnt lock, no trashcan, and no hooks or shelves in the bathroom. Again, wouldve been okay had we known or had they decreased their rate. Itll likely be better once renovations are over, but unfortunately our stay was less than what we expected for the price.

Disappointing

Great location, room was dirty and no shower pressure at all.

Location was great and central to where we wanted to go.

The room was not very clean and the water pressure for the shower was not good at all. The water barely came out of the shower head. One of the elevators was being renovated or reworked. However the elevator was available for use for guests. (probably should have been closed for guest access). Overall not good value considering the price. Very disappointed as we were really looking forward to staying here.
