There was no ice bucket or blow dryer in the room, had to use a plastic bag for ice since there were none. room was clean but very small

Good location

No room keeping during our whole stay of 4 nights, even after we asked the front desk for cleaning. Pot smell in the elevator, and someone checking the hand gun in a plastic bag he just received in front of the hotel.

in true hampton form the room was clean and fresh.

the area under the floating vanity has been overlooked during the cleaning process based on the caked on dust - but other than this the room was very clean and welcoming.

the location is great (15min by car from the botanical garden and 5min from The Sixt). We arrived on Thanksgiving and parking was available. The room was comfortable and clean, great for our one night stay. Breakfast was ok, with oatmeal, bagels and scrambled eggs.

Hotel needs an update. Peeling paint, no light bulbs in room, shower curtains don't reach tub, refrigeratorin room not cooling, etc...

It was a decent property, with a great staff, in a decent location, for a pretty good deal .

Very clean, well maintained, great staff

The parking lot was a bit small. I was informed that during my stay, they only had under 50% of the property booked, and one of the nights I had to be out late, I had a little trouble getting a parking space (there were two spaces available, but some people dont know how to properly park their vehicles inside the parking space). Once I managed to park my car, and tried going inside, the automatic front doors wouldnt open. My boyfriend had to kind of force open the doors, and we saw a young man behind a computer at the front desk, chillin & laughing - he seemed as though he was either watching something like a tv show, or talking on the phone with someone he knew. Either way, he didnt seem to have noticed us waiting for the doors to open before we had to try and open it ourselves. I didnt see any sort of doorbell or button for the front desk to get us in, but it was very late and all I wanted was to get to my room. This was the only time I had an issue .

My stay wasn't as great as previous stays, but still enjoyed my stay and will be staying again.

I liked the location, breakfast, and location.

My bathroom wasn't as clean as I would expect. The stopper in the sink was stuck shut and water filled up in the sink and slowly drained. There was hair in shower.
