Very good

The price is a little high

The room is clean and quiet. You look out the window at the trains going by and you dont hear them. The hotel can be reached from the station on foot or one stop by tram. The location is good for exploring the old town. Luggage storage after checkout is well organized: a room behind the reception, they give you luggage tags. Breakfast is sufficient, varied and tasty. During Christmas time, it's so nice to make your own waffles and eat them with maple syrup. The opportunity to drink good coffee from the machine or cocoa/tea for free at any time of the day or night is super.

The third "bed" is very uncomfortable for sleeping. Its difficult for an adult: I failed all the time. But the size of the bed is good (my height is 195 cm). The light switch for the bathroom is inconveniently located: if you miss it, the lights in the entire room turn on. In the bathroom itself it is inconvenient that the water from the shower floods the entire floor, since the glass cover is very small.

Check-in/out was very fast, also the car parking was very convenient.

The room was quite hot even with the heating turned off. There should be a mini-bar.

Exceptional

The location and price was unbeatable, also the breakfast is excellent. They were very helpful when receiving my parents who only speak Spanish when I was scheduled to arrive later.

I had a room for 3 people and the fold out couch was not very comfortable, that could improve

Value for money!!!

The hotel is at the main road very close at train station in Nurenberg city.The parking for cars is exacly behind the hotel and costs 16 per day.The hotel is very clean and it has a very big lounge that you can take drinks snacks and relax.The breakfast is very good with many choises.I want to thank specially a great person i met at reception named Susana from Greece.She helped us too much and she was too many kind and always smiley!!!Well done!!!

The only thing i didnt like and i think they must change it is the matratzen of the bed!!! It was too much hard and old and the sleep was no good at all!!!

Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, the hotel provided everything we needed, the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very rich and the location is perfect very close to the Bahnhof and the city centre.
