Great accommodation near the centre of Southend.

We really couldn't fault Hamilton's: comfortable, clean, perfect location, superb breakfast, lovely staff and very good value. We have stayed in many different B&Bs in Southend over the years and this is the best one we have found. We'll definitely be back!

Just really enjoyable and hope to return.

I didn't accept the breakfast and made my own arrangements. Loved the location right by the sea. The greeting by Debbi as I was welcomed to the hotel. The quietness of the room. The little touches like the hot water bottle (handy for my December visit) and the individual door names.

Every thing was brilliant right from the beginning when Debbie answered the door. Very friendly nothing was to much trouble for her .have booked for 2024 x

One night stay at Hamilton's Boutique Hotel.

I thoroughly recommend this hotel. Our room was decorated beautifully, as is the rest of the hotel. Comfortable and warm with a great shower. The room was large enough to contain a sofa, a small table and a footstool with storage space. Extra snuggly throws and a hot water bottle on the bed!! It was snowing outside. Breakfast was very good with superb coffee. Our host was very special, friendly, helpful and an impressive Christmas Tree. Thank you for a great stay. Easy walk to the Bus Station to catch the No 1 to The Palace Theatre.

The room was three flights up, bit of a struggle for my husband but we managed.
