Comfortable, relaxing, hospitable and entirely enjoyable.

We loved the look and decor, plus the staff who were absolutely amazing throughout our trip - no question was too troublesome and everything was sorted promptly and successfully :) Anna at reception was particularly friendly and helpful, helping us book transport back to Hanoi, and even an amazing Ha Long Bay tour on which we met some amazing people. She even offered some amazing food recommendations! Banh Mi Umi was our favourite. If you have any problems, shell be able to help you get it sorted!!!

Because we stayed out of season, the breakfast options were limited but that which was available was great! Plus our bed was a little bit creaky but aside from that - everything was great!
