Toilet door on room 25, cant close properly..but overall..still wonderful.

The aircon is leaking. Toilet cant flush. Loud knocking sound from upper level at night.

Superb

the stay was good and value for money.

Though it was a small hotel, but they have welcome beverage as well as biscuits. And i had a nice cup of hotel every morning before i head off. And the tea and coffee are readily available and put on a warmer.

When i reach late, there was not much carpark in front of the hotel. Except the back of the hotel which was a very dark alley. The sound proof of the hotel walls were also not good, as i can hear the neighbors kids sound in my room.

the air conditioner not working as expected. complaint at 2am no staff attended us. during check out time I have made a complaint but the staff not apology on the problem causes and blaming the previous customer who set the air conditioner timer. not a pleasant stay for us. hope the staff can learn how to attended complaint by the customer and improve the communication skill

I LIKED THE VIEW FROM MY ROOM

Bedsheets got yellow stains and dusty The flooring had a kind if sticky feel The bathroom had a stale feeling not fresh The rates displayed RM270 but were charged RM338. Dear Admin, before you charge out my card, please display the amount. I only came to know about the overcharge after the amount was captured. For all customers, please do this like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok shop. Thank you. This hotel is passable as 7.9
