We hated it.

The tortilla de patatas at breakfast. The view (side room with view of volcano).

This is not like other H10 properties. Needs a rebrand as a cheaper family option. Even then, bins outside our room, a dying cockroach in it, peeled, fading and dirty woodwork (or rather the plastic on fake floorboards peeling). Food tasteless and cheap, no fresh fruit juice). All of this is okay for a fraction of the price but 180euros was a rip-off for a stay that was meant to be a special treat. Even with family, Id avoid in favour of the H10 in Cala Blanca which is way nicer.

Superb

The villa was superb - we will be back

The facilities were excellent. We booked in at short notice from an alternative lanzarote hotel and the difference in standard was evident.

We were moved room from the villa's into the suites, the difference in both quality of the room was staggering, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Very attentive staff, nice suite, decent entertainment for kids and adults

The buffet style meals in the main dining room werent of the best quality especially the hot food. The food in the poolside restaurant was especially poor.

Amazing staff especially kids entertainment and different shows for children. Very polite staff, cant be more helpful. Short walk to the beach.

Pool with slides is freezing cold. Not enough toilets. Sofa bed in the room very uncomfortable needs updating.

Well, we have 7 grandchildren, and its hard to know why we wouldnt go again. If invited of course!!

Really good location, pedestrian access to superb sandy beach (yes golden sand) and nearby shops and agents for Trips and Explorations.

We cant fault the property. It was just right for old timers like us, quiet, private, and yet so family friendly. The children loved it. Daisy club gives the Mums a break. The food was prolific, varied, delicious - quite unlike some other experiences where the menu can be somewhat repetitive. Not the case here. Some reviews have said the food wasnt hot. We did not find that to be a problem. And the staff were universally friendly.
